About NIRECAM
Carrying a Century-old Legacy
into the future
The future of a farm weaving a century of stories
Since our establishment in 1924 (Taisho 13),
we have continued the tradition of producing our own pasture and raising our own replacement heifers.
We collaborate with nearby farms to harvest pasture with an uncompromising commitment to quality.
We also carefully select sires based on the breeding philosophy passed down from our predecessors.
Through these efforts, our milk will only continue to improve.
We sincerely hope that the milk we produce brings health and happiness to many people.
Company Philosophy
Pursuing the Happiness of Everyone Involved in Dairy Farming & Delivering the Highest Quality Milk (Article 2 of our corporate charter)
- Protecting What Matters
- The once harsh and barren lands, cultivated by our ancestors, have now transformed into fertile pastures. We are committed to preserving the work-life balance of our employees while respecting the legacy of those before us.
- A Story That Begins with a Fertile Land
- Fertile lands produce delicious pasture. Cows that eat this pasture in abundance create economic prosperity.
Those who work on the farm experience cultural enrichment.
This cycle of gratitude toward the land creates a sustainable and fulfilling environment.
- Creating Sustainable Growth Together
- We continue to embrace new challenges to ensure sustainable development while respecting nature. Together with our employees, we take responsibility for passing down delicious, high-quality milk to future generations.
Concept Behind Our Logo Design

Cows have four stomach compartments, and when they eat plenty of pasture, their first stomach (rumen) expands significantly.
When viewed from the front, a well-fed, healthy cow appears to have a larger right side, indicating good digestion and high-quality forage.
The NIRECAM FARM logo is designed to represent this ideal cow, symbolizing the health and happiness of our herd.
