We offer internship accommodations and flexible part-time work schedules.
- Interns (up to 3 participants at a time) can stay in fully equipped housing provided by the farm.
- Part-time workers can choose shifts such as "morning only" or up to three days per week.

- At NIRECAM FARM, we strive to create a workplace where people of all ages, from their 20s to 60s, can work comfortably.
We also aim for an equal gender ratio by carefully distributing tasks to ensure a balanced work environment. Additionally, we provide staff accommodations, including designated lodging facilities for employees. In winter or during extreme weather conditions, employees who cannot return home can stay overnight safely in these facilities.

- Common Tasks (for All Employees)

- Milking duties (shift-based, usually done by two people)
- Calving assistance
- Barn Management Team (Primarily responsible for cow management tasks)
- Milking (usually handled by two people)
- Milking assistance (guiding cows into the milking parlor, cleaning stalls)
- Calf feeding
- Reproductive management (monitoring estrus, coordinating with artificial insemination specialists)
- Field Operations Team (Primarily responsible for farm operations and harvesting tasks)
- Feed production (outside of the harvest season) using tractors and wheel loaders
- Milking support (assisting with cow movement and barn maintenance)
- Harvest operations (silage processing, bale wrapping, etc.)
- Pasture management (fertilization, grassland renewal, etc.)

- Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on a farm
- Heavy vehicle operator license (for tractors and loaders)
- Truck driver's license
- Other relevant farm operation licenses

- Starting salary: 300,000 JPY/month or higher (Higher salaries for experienced candidates)
